We offer month-to-month leases, meaning no contracts and no yearly commitment. We don’t like being tied down, so why should you?

When can I access my belongings?

Our Manhattan storage facility is open seven days a week. Come as often as you’d like. Simply punch your personal code into the security system and head right to your unit.

How much notice do I need to give when I move out?

With such amazing rates and service, you may never want to leave. But when you are ready, we require 10 days’ notice. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided at the time of move-in.

Do you offer a mover?

Yes, and you don’t even have to buy them pizza and beer. We also offer a free move-in truck.

How do I make a payment?

We make it easy! Payments can be made at the storage location using cash, check, debit card or credit. Payments for your Manhattan mini storage unit may also be made by signing up for auto-pay with your debit or credit card. You can also pay online.

What storage unit sizes do you have?
